The Most Important Poem Of The 21st Century

If you loose faith in this generation, this 14-year-old boy's poem may restore some of your faith in humanity! Derek Nichols decided to post the following poem, written by his younger brother, Jordan, which has gone viral on Twitter and the Internet in general.
Check it out:

Our generation will be known for nothing.

Never will anybody say,

We were the peak of mankind
.
That is wrong, the truth is

Our generation was a failure.

Thinking that

We actually succeeded

Is a waste. And we know

Living only for money and power

Is the way to go.

Being loving, respectful, and kind

Is a dumb thing to do.

Forgetting about that time,

Will not be easy, but we will try.

Changing our world for the better

Is something we never did.

Giving up

Was how we handled our problems.

Working hard

Was a joke.

We knew that

People thought we couldn’t come back

That might be true,

Unless we turn things around.

We ain't picture perfect but we worth the picture still. Name that Lyric...

Never let 'em see you frown We don't look nothin' like the people on the screen You know the movie stars, picture perfect beauty queens But we got dreams and we got the right to chase 'em

Look at the nation, that's a crooked smile braces couldn't even straighten!

Seem like half the race is either on probation Or in jail; wonder why we inhale Cause we in hell already And fuck all of that beef shit, nigga let's make a mil' Hey officer man, we don't want nobody getting killed.....

C'est la vie

Here we go again, What do you think is going to happen to him? Now that he put "THEM" on full blast!!!

Kanye West – New Slaves Lyrics

 [Verse 1]
My momma was raised in an era when
Clean water was only served to the fairer skin

Doing clothes you would have thought I had help
But they wasn't satisfied unless I picked the cotton myself
You see it's broke nigga racism
That's that "Don't touch anything in the store"
And this rich nigga racism
That's that "Come here, please buy more"

What you want, a Bentley? Fur coat? A diamond chain?
All you blacks want all the same things

Used to only be niggas now everybody playing
Spending everything on Alexander Wang
New Slaves

[Bridge]
You see it's leaders and there's followers
But I'd rather be a dick than a swallower

[Verse 2]
I throw these Maybach keys, I wear my heart on the sleeve
I know that we the new slaves, I see the blood on the leaves
I see the blood on the leaves, I see the blood on the leaves

I know that we the new slaves, I see the blood on the leaves
They throwing hate at me, want me to stay at ease
Fuck you and your corporation, y'all niggas can't control me
I know that we the new slaves, I know that we the new slaves
I'm 'bout to wild the fuck out, I'm going Bobby Boucher
I know that pussy ain't free, you niggas pussy, ain't me
Y'all throwing contracts at me, you know that niggas can't read
Throw 'em some Maybach keys, fuck it, c'est la vie
I know that we the new slaves, y'all niggas can't fuck with me
Y'all niggas can't fuck with Ye, y'all niggas can't fuck with Ye

I'll move my family out the country, so you can't see where I stay
So go and grab the reporters, so I can smash their recorders
See they'll confuse us with some bullshit like the New World Order
Meanwhile the DEA, teamed up with the CCA
They tryna lock niggas up, they tryna make new slaves
See that's that private owned prison, get your piece today
They prolly all in the Hamptons, bragging 'bout what they maid
Fuck you and your Hampton house, I'll fuck your Hampton spouse
Came on her Hampton blouse and in her Hampton mouth

Y'all 'bout to turn shit up, I'm 'bout to tear shit down
I'm 'bout to air shit out, now what the fuck they gon' say now?

If tomorrow is Judgement Day Name that Lyric

And I'm standing on the front line And the Lord ask me what I did with my life I will say I spent it with you If I wake up in World War III I see destruction and poverty And I feel like I want to go home It's okay if you're comin' with me.

Don't trust the government when it comes to 'harmless' substances.

The New York City Police Department announced Wednesday that it will deploy, then track, what it calls “harmless” gases into the city’s subway system over three non-consecutive days this summer.

The plan, to be enacted in July, will investigate New York’s readiness to handle a chemical terrorist attack by dispersing the colorless gas and tracing it as it flows through the city, according to Scientific American. The test is expected to cost $3.4 million and is scheduled to be carried out in all five boroughs and dozens of stations on 21 of the city’s 34 subway lines.

“The NYPD, in partnership with the MTA, is responsible for keeping more than 5 million daily subway customers safe and secure,"

The scheduled gas deployment comes years after investigators foiled an Al-Qaeda terrorist plot to b0mb the New York subways, the largest public transportation system in the world. Three men had planned to detonate [rip] vests just days before the eighth anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in what US Attorney General Eric Holder at the time called “one of the most serious threats” to the United States since 2001.

Lauryn Hill blames slavery for not paying $2 million in taxes, believes she was ‘fighting for…freedom

Standing in federal court this week, Lauryn Hill compared herexperience in the music industry to the slavery her ancestors endured before a judge sentenced her to three months in prison for failing to pay about $1 million in taxes over the past decade.

Even a small lighter can burn a bridge! Name that Lyric.

You can see that my city found me then put me on, To me that's amazing To you that's a quick check, with all disrespect let me say this...

I am a sinner Who's probably gonna sin again Lord forgive me Things I don't understand Sometimes I need to be alone.... Bitch don't kill my vibe. I can feel your energy from two planets away.I'm trying to keep it alive and not compromise the feeling we love You trying to keep it deprived and only co-sign what radio does. And I'm looking right past ya.

We live in a world, on two different axles You live in a world, you living behind the mirror I know what you scared of, the feeling of feeling emotions inferior This shit is vital....

Rather a seasonal name, I'll let the people know this is something you can blame On yourself you can remain, stuck in a box Ima break out and then hide every lock.

My new year's resolution is to stop all the pollution Talk too motherfucking much, I got my drink I got my music I say Bitch don't kill my vibe

Siding with traditional retailers.

The so-called Marketplace Fairness Act would allow the 45 states (and the District of Columbia) that currently charge sales taxes to require large online retailers to collect tax on purchases made by their residents. The law would only apply to online sellers that have sales of at least $1 million in states where they don't have physical operations, like a store or a warehouse. The Obama administration has endorsed the bill, so if it can gain approval in the House, it is likely to become law. Some House Republicans have already expressed support for the bill... But u know something alot of these online retailer are already collecting sales taxes in other states....  (Things that make u go hummmm)

MOTHER NATURE!!!!!

WHERE TWO OCEANS MEET... BUT DO NOT MIX! INCREDIBLE AND SIMPLY MIND-BLOWING !!!
These two bodies of water were merging in the middle of The Gulf of Alaska and there was a foam developing only at their junction. It is a result of the melting glaciers being composed of fresh water and the ocean has a higher percentage of salt causing the two bodies of water to have different densities and therefore makes it more difficult to mix.

We Came with Peaceful Intentions.

The unreal is more powerful than the real. Because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it. Because its only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies that last. Stone crumbles. Wood rots. People, well, they die. But things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on. If you can change the way people think. The way they see themselves. The way they see the world. You can change the way people live their lives. That's the only lasting thing you can create...

Look at the nation,

Look at the nation,
that's a crooked smile braces couldn't even straighten!
